Can I install the Convexicon’s GPS tracking device on my own?
Yes, you can and specially install the hardware with OBDII connectors easily on your own. The Convexicon’s GPS trackers comes with an explanatory user manual. However, we suggest the Tracking Devices to be installed by the expert service engineers.
For the old vehicles in which the OBDII connector is not available, we also provide technical assistance for the device installation. We provide on-site visits and installation takes half an hour only.
How can I check if my vehicle is compatible with the Convexicon’s GPS tracking system ?
Convexicon’s GPS Tracking system supports and is compatible with almost every vehicle type. You can easily install it if your vehicle has the OBDII connector. Our technicians can help you with the installation in case your vehicle does not have the OBDII connector.
What specific harness (adapter) do I need in my vehicle?

Can I share my vehicle tracking information with a family member / other user outside the app?
Yes, you can share your current or live location with your family members/ other users outside the app using WhatsApp. You can also provide app access to desired users.

Yes, you can track multiple vehicles / drivers using the single dashboard. You can also view multiple fleet positions on the single map at any instant.
How frequently does the GPS tracking information update ?
The Convexicon’s GPS tracking app’s map refreshes every 10 seconds in the browser. The app will also send notifications at varying intervals depending on vehicle’s movement and driver behavior. The location updates are also based on the frequency or the change of direction and speed changes.
