Public Toilet Monitoring Solutions

Our IoT based Public Toilet Monitoring System has recently been launched by Municipal Corporate of Gurugram across 126 public toilets in all the wards of Gurugram. The project has been launched to enhance cleanliness and bring accountability to vendor performance by closely monitoring their actions in real-time.

All Supervisors have been provided with a mobile application to physically verify the cleanliness status of their respective public toilets by reading the QR code and clicking a minimum of 4 pictures. Using the Dashboard of our web portal, the MCG team has complete data on the number of public toilets cleaned on any day of the month. Reports are easily generated and shared with senior officials of MCG. This system is helping MCG to clear the monthly bills of all the vendors responsible for toilet cleaning and levy penalties as per the agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
